Thermoplastic Lever Handle Butterfly Valves
These PVC butterfly valves are available in sizes ranging from 2 to 8 inches and are compatible for use with ANSI B16.5 Class 150 flanges. The smooth, contoured disc design allows for high performance with minimal pressure drops. More features include a spring-loaded 15 position latch lever, working pressures of 150 psi, and torques ranging between 95 to 850 inch-pounds.
Thermoplastic Gear Butterfly Valves (2”-24”)
These gear-type valves feature the same operating mechanisms as the smaller valves but are available in sizes ranging from 2 inches to 24 inches. Their working pressures range from 75 to 150 psi and torques range from 850 to 11,400 inch-pounds.
Thermoplastic Gear Butterfly Valves (28”-40”)
These gear-type butterfly valves are available in sizes ranging from 28 to 40 inches and also feature wafer style components with a smooth, contoured design. They have epoxy-coated gear actuators and a handwheel to account for the additional force requirements of opening and closing large valves. Their working pressures range from 60 to 75 psi.
